Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementia Programs

About the Program

Services offered through our Alzheimer’s and Related Dementia Program provide support for an individual with a known or suspected diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease or a related dementia, and their family caregiver. The goal of the program is to help caregivers manage the care of an individual living at home and prevent premature institutionalization. At this time we offer the following services:

The Coffee House Recreational Program for Adults with Memory Loss

•  • Family Counseling

•  •  Monthly Support Groups with Alzheimer’s NJ

•  • Case Management

•  • Clinical Consultation With a Nurse

•  • Home Health Aide Services
