The mission of Jewish Family Service of Central NJ (JFSCNJ), a non-sectarian health and social service agency, is to strengthen family life and encourages personal growth by providing specialized quality services to individuals and families in need in Union County, NJ. The Agency is a licensed mental health outpatient agency and a licensed and accredited homecare agency.
A grateful beneficiary of the Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ, we have a diversified funding stream that includes federal, state and county funds, grants, individuals, major planned gifts, and special events. A leading non-profit agency for Union County’s Division on Aging, we have been providing quality health and social services to the Union and parts of Somerset County, NJ communities for over 112 years.
A diverse staff, who speak 17 languages, provides a full range of services from mental health counseling, to Kosher Meals On Wheels, an active Food Pantry and Urban Community Garden, to over 13,000 individuals, families and the elderly a year.
